complete a form, questionnaire, or application;
purchase a product, program, or service;
create or use an account;
schedule or participate in consulting or advisory services;

information you provide in communications with us;
information related to products, programs, or services you purchase; and
other information you choose to provide.
Please do not provide sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for a particular service or communication.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
Wildpreneur does not generally receive or store your complete credit or debit card number. Payment processors collect and process payment information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
We may receive limited transaction information, such as your name, email address, billing location, transaction amount, payment status, and purchase history.
When you visit the Site, our website platform and service providers may automatically collect technical information necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the Site, such as:
IP address;
browser and device information;
operating system;
pages requested or viewed;
date and time of access;
referring information;
account or session information; and
technical logs and security information.
The Site uses CookieScript to provide a global cookie-consent banner and to allow visitors to accept, decline, or manage optional cookies. Cookie settings remain accessible after a choice is made so that consent can be changed or withdrawn.
The Site uses strictly necessary cookies to operate, remain secure, maintain sessions, support accounts, process purchases, and provide requested functionality. These may include Podia cookies such as:
_podia_session;
_podia_storefront_visitor_id;
coach_visitor_id; and
_podia_trusted_device, where applicable.
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent where applicable law permits them to be used without consent. Disabling them may prevent portions of the Site from working properly.
At the effective date of this Privacy Policy, Wildpreneur does not intentionally use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, Google advertising services, behavioral advertising cookies, or similar technologies to track visitors across unrelated websites for advertising purposes. Google Consent Mode is not enabled.
If we later introduce analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies, we will update our practices and this Privacy Policy and obtain consent where required.
You may also control cookies through your browser settings, although browser controls may not provide the same choices as the Site’s CookieScript controls.
We may use personal information to:
provide products, programs, consulting, and other Services you request;
process and administer purchases;
create and maintain customer accounts;
respond to questions and provide customer support;
administer applications and evaluate whether an offering is an appropriate fit;
schedule and provide consulting or advisory services;

send newsletters, educational content, announcements, offers, or other marketing communications when permitted;
operate, maintain, protect, and improve our Site and Services;
detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
maintain business, accounting, tax, and transaction records;
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
comply with applicable laws and legal obligations; and
carry out other purposes disclosed when information is collected.
If you subscribe to Wildpreneur marketing emails, we may use your name and email address to send newsletters, essays, announcements, educational material, information about products or services, and other communications.
Where consent is required by law, we send marketing communications based on your consent.
You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting support@wildpreneur.com.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending transactional or administrative communications related to purchases, accounts, scheduled services, or an existing business relationship.
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or another law requiring a legal basis applies, we process personal information under one or more of the following bases:
We process information when necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you, such as processing a purchase, administering program participation, maintaining an account, or providing consulting services.
We may process information based on your consent, including consent for marketing communications or optional cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
We may process information when reasonably necessary for our legitimate business interests, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
These interests may include operating and improving our business, communicating with customers, maintaining security, preventing fraud, protecting our intellectual property, and understanding whether our Services are functioning correctly.
We may process or retain information when necessary to comply with tax, accounting, regulatory, legal, or other obligations.
We may process information when necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal information.
We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate Wildpreneur, including providers involved in:

Our primary website and commerce platform is Podia. Payments may be processed through Stripe or another processor identified at checkout. Cookie choices are managed using CookieScript.

The Site may contain links to websites, platforms, social networks, publications, or services operated independently by third parties.
For example, Wildpreneur content may link to a publication or subscription hosted on Substack or to another external resource.
When you leave our Site or interact directly with a third-party service, that third party’s privacy practices apply to the information it collects. Wildpreneur does not control and is not responsible for independent third-party privacy practices.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process.
We also rely on established third-party providers to host portions of the Site, process payments, and provide other technology services.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for protecting credentials associated with any account you create and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have the right to:
request access to personal information we hold about you;
request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
request deletion in certain circumstances;
request restriction of certain processing;
object to certain processing;
request a portable copy of certain information;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
lodge a complaint with an applicable privacy or data-protection authority.
These rights may be subject to exceptions and limitations under applicable law.
To submit a request, email support@wildpreneur.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right provided by applicable law.

Wildpreneur does not sell personal information for money and, as of the effective date of this Policy, does not intentionally use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, technology, providers, business practices, or legal obligations.
